Good guy Louis C.K. will headline two Hurricane Sandy benefits on Staten Island this month. The comedian hosted Saturday Night Live last week, and prior to the show sent out an email from backstage: "Here we are in the middle of New York City, which was just slammed by a hurricane, leaving behind so much trouble, so much difficulty and trauma, which everyone here is still dealing with every day, I know people in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, New Jersey, all over, are not normal yet. And not normal is hard." But if anyone can make it less hard—or at least... accentuate the hardness so hard that you just, you know, feel something and smile—it's Louis.

According to SI Live, the shows will both take place on November 17th at St. George Theatre. "Details are still being hammered out, but here's what we know right now: 250 first-tier tickets will be auctioned to the highest bidders, with an additional 500 tix gifted to victims of Hurricane Sandy. The next block of 500 will sell for $90; and the last 500 will be $45. Proceeds will benefit the burgeoning Staten Island Hurricane Relief Fund."

Tickets will be on sale through his site, and we'll alert you when we find out when.

UPDATE, 6:30 p.m.: Tickets just went on sale RIGHT HERE, and Louis says:
