In what seems like a desperate plea for attention, Lindsay Lohan has sent—or had someone send—this photo of her new tattoo to TMZ. The fallen starlet, who hails from Long Island, channeled her roots by inking some of Billy Joel's lyrics on to her rib cage.
It reads: "Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife, I feel like I'm in the prime of my life." These are from Joel's 1989 song "I Go To Extremes," and Lindsay believes the lyrics represent "where she is in life" [right now: community service!] "and everything she's been through... it signifies that she's focused."
And who knew that the Lohan-Joel link would go on beyond a memorable Saturday Night Live sketch?!
