Numerous streets around Manhattan will be closed for the first MoonWalk Marathon tonight into early tomorrow. The 26.2 mile event, run by Walk the Walk, features women and men in decorated bras who are raising awareness and money for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Breast Examination Center in Harlem.

The event started 17 years ago when Londoner Nina Barough decided it would be fun to powerwalk the NYC Marathon in her bra. She and 13 friends raised $40,000 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research UK. Since then, the event has been held in London and other UK locations but this year is the first time it's come back to NYC.

Walkers—who are encouraged to decorate their bras creatively— will start at 10:00 p.m., walk from Randall's Island to the East Side of Manhattan, head downtown, then up the West Side, and back to Randall's Island. Here are sidewalk closures from the NYPD:

Houston Street between 2nd Avenue and Broadway
Broadway between Houston Street and John Street
John Street between Broadway and the East River Path
East River Path between John Street and Old Slip
Old Slip between East River Path and Water Street
Water Street between Old Slip and Battery Park (sidewalk)
Hudson River Park Path between Battery Park and 59th Street
59th Street between Hudson River Park Path and 11th Avenue/West End Avenue
West End Avenue between 59th Street and 72nd Street
72nd Street between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive
Riverside Drive between 72nd Street and 123rd Street
Riverside Drive between 123rd Street and 110th Street
110th Street between Riverside Drive and 2nd Avenue
2nd Avenue between 110th Street and 102nd Street
102nd Street between 2nd Avenue and Ward’s Island Bridge
The above streets will have the SIDEWALKS ONLY closed for this event
