The new Coen Brothers movie, Intolerable Cruelty, stars George Clooney and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Intolerable Cruelty is supposed to be a throwback to screwball comedies of the 30s:

Anway, the just-released trailer (Quicktime) doesn't seem that good, which is disappointing - it looks beautifully shot, is too slapsticky. Clooney, while cute, seems to be trying too hard. Gothamist hopes this is just a sign of bad trailer cutting from the studio. Zeta-Jones, though, in a pre-Cerys figure, looks spectacular. Intolerable Cruelty will be released October 10, 2003.
