Recently, from his palace in Los Angeles, Moby wrote about how expensive and exclusive NYC is these days... but everything he criticized the city for has also just helped him put millions in his bank account. He just sold his 1-bedroom Mott Street apartment for around $2 million. He purchased it for $215,000 in 1996.
TMZ calls the place "tiny," but TMZ has apparently never stepped in to the average New York City apartment. The space is 950-square-feet, and that's not including the 870-square-foot private terrace.
