According to Curbed, two penthouse apartments in The Accolade have sold—the building is located next to the ferry in St. George, and each penthouse closed for over $1 million.The biggest amenity is the view, including sprawling looks at the harbor, Manhattan, and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. All that said, the exterior looks like a storage unit in Scranton.
