Halloween is almost upon us! Are you so excited about your slutty whatever costume? We know the High Line is out, but the paper suggests you head to the likes of Park Slope, Bay Ridge, Sunnyside Gardens, Riverdale and Whitestone to get your sugar fix. Surely these suggestions aren't realistic for everyone, however — don't stores and folks in apartment buildings still dish out the sweet stuff?
