Today's a perfect day for the final Summer Streets Saturday (between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.)—and for flying a kite! This year's FlyNY Kite Festival is today in Riverside Park South, between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can see handmade kites made for this year's competition, join workshops to make kites, and fly your own kites on the pier off West 70th Street. There's also going to be live entertainment!
