This weekend is a very special one for Star Trek fans throughout the universe: 35 years of (deep breath) "KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!" Yes, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan was released on this weekend back in 1982, and to celebrate the sci-fi classic will be playing at special screenings across the country, including NYC. On Sunday, September 10th and Wednesday, September 13th you'll be able to catch Kirk, Spock, Bones, and of course Khan at theaters including the Union Square Regal 14, AMC Kips Bay 15, Brooklyn's Court Street 12, the Kaufman Astoria 14, and many more all over town.
Even if you've got The Wrath of Khan memorized, the special anniversary screening is a can't-miss event featuring a new extended interview with William Shatner that will play at screenings before the opening titles run.
