MTV's Jersey Shore has an unofficial cast member: Queens gym teacher Brad Ferro. Tonight was going to be his big scene, when he sucker punches real cast member Snooki in the face. The network, after using the clip in promos to generate buzz, has decided to pull the scene from the episode (despite their history of airing violence).

Now the Post is telling Ferro's side of the story, or what he can remember from it. The 24-year-old is currently suspended in a "rubber room" by the Dept. of Education, and worries he'll lose his job. He told the paper the first time he saw the video was when a prosecutor screened it for him, "I was sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe that I'd ever do anything like that. I was raised to act in a respectful manner to women."

He goes on to claim he remembers the punch, but not who he punched or why. His lawyer says he deserves a second chance, saying, "I think he's a decent young man who, unfortunately, made a bad decision which has come back to haunt him." Ooh, ooh, MTV, why not spin this off into a new reality series where Brad and Snooki live on a deserted island to work out their problems? Maybe Stephen and Irene can join them.
