Lest you thought that you could be satisfied with only two mouth-to-anus films in the Human Centipede franchise, torture porn auteur Tom Six assured fans at a screening this week that he intends to make a third film that will “make the last one look like a Disney film”. And as a cherry on top, he plans on making it in the U.S.A.: “We’re going to shoot the third film entirely in America and it’s going to be my favorite. It’s going to upset a lot of people.”

To recap: Human Centipede: First Sequence was the medically accurate story of an insane scientist obsessed with surgically stitching his victims together via mouth and anus. In the sequel Human Centipede II: Full Sequence (which is out now), Six added masturbating with sandpaper to that heady brew—which helped get it banned in England. But the whole mouth-to-anus concept is actually an allegory for the experience of World War II, so stop being so prudish, people.

At the screening, Six was asked whether he expected Hollywood to add Human Centipede to its roster of horror remakes. He responded, “With Tom Cruise on his hands and knees? No, I’m not sure but I’d love to direct it.” As for the lingering question of whether the Human Centipede franchise has been upstaged by the equally gruesome A Serbian Film, Six sounded like the Salieri to director Srdjan Spasojevic's Mozart: “I hate cutting but I’m jealous that you can buy "A Serbian Film" [in England], but you can’t see mine.”
