Quality of Life, the graf film that explores the legitimacy of "street art" and laws that criminalize it, hits New York streets April 6, or more specifically...the Pioneer Theater.
Quality of Life takes its title from the infamous expression used by Giuliani in which he equated graffiti with murder. Discounting that the street art scene inspired mainstream icons like Keith Haring and Basquiat. The film explores the above by focusing on the underground graffiti culture through "two young artists trying to maintain their friendship as the cops close in."
