Conan O'Brien left New York for sinful, sunny Los Angeles seven years ago, a loss New York should never have had to endure. No sense in dwelling on it though, because Conan is coming back home at the end of the month for a week's worth of free shows at the Apollo Theater. Hooray!

"Because when you think historic Apollo Theater, you think Conan," O'Brien said while announced the week of shows, from October 31st to November 3rd in a video in which he casually burned Richie "La Bamba" Rosenberg, and sidekick Andy Richter. You can try to snag a free ticket to watch O'Brien goof around in Harlem if you head here, but be prepared to get waitlisted. On the other hand, the shows are post-Halloween weekend, so there's a good chance that some people with tickets will wind up too hungover to make it to the taping.
