A few years ago, Brownstoner called the home at 67 Adelphi Street "run-down," adding it was "a real diamond in the rough. From the outside, let’s face it, it looks like the last place in the world you’d want to live." Since then it's had a little bit of a makeover, and the Fort Greene home just sold for around $2 million to one Christina Ricci.

While the NY Post seems thrilled for the 35-year-old actress and her husband, James Heerdegen, Curbed is all look at Ricci living under BQE like a common troll.

"... while the interiors look perfectly nice, the location is somewhat curious—it's one lot removed from the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, which, one imagines, might detract from the enjoyability of the large green backyard."

According to the listing for the circa-1901 home, it's currently separated into two units—but presumably Ricci will not be renewing anyone's lease, and will turn the home back into a one-family.

"The parlor and third floors have been combined offering a three-bedroom/two-bathroom with a large open chef's kitchen and central A/C throughout the entire house. Just off the kitchen is a deck that leads to the large green backyard. The front parlor offers a large living area, a gas burning fireplace, solid oak floors, 11' ceilings, and a full bathroom. The top floor has two spacious bedrooms, a smaller third bedroom, and one full bath. The garden apartment is fully renovated and leased until May 2015 at $2,000 per month. This unit can easily be combined with the upper floors to create a singe family home."

This one goes out to you, Ricci:
