Sea Lions seem to be making all the headlines this year; this summer a baby one was born at the Bronx Zoo, and then the New York Aquarium started a new pricey Sea Lion program up for visitors. Now that the business world has been conquered, they're showing their creative side.
NY1 reports that the Bronx Zoo sea lions "are trying their hands at painting on canvas. The zoo says it is a slow process. First, the animals had to be trained to hold sticks and mimic the motions of someone using a paint brush." See them paint daily around 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., right around their feeding times.
