Though most people would prefer they move back into the White House, there is a SPICY RUMOR out there that the Obamas are looking into purchasing an apartment on the Upper East Side. If the gossip is true, they'll basically be neighbors with Mayor de Blasio, not that they'll ever hang out with him. Sorry Bill.

Page Six reports that Barack and Michelle are looking at an apartment at 10 Gracie Square, located just a five minute walk from Gracie Mansion in Yorkville. The tabloid claims multiple sources confirmed the Obamas checked out a pad in the building, and last weekend a fancy-looking, five-bedroom, 10th floor apartment went into contract for $10 million. IS IT YOU, OBAMA?

Famed 10 Gracie Square residents have included Gloria Vanderbilt, conductor Andre Kostelanetz, and publishers John Fairchild and Horace Havemeyer III, according to City Realty's website. This is also the building where author Jean Stein died earlier this year.

The Obamas bought an $8.1 million home in the Kalorama neighborhood in Washington, D.C. in June and also own a home in Chicago. They plan on staying in D.C. at least until their youngest daughter, Sasha, graduates from high school.
