As you know, Andy Warhol wasn't always mass-producing pop art—he also dabbled in children's book illustrations. Some headed to the auction block in 2009, but now you can get them at a much lower price. The Atlantic points to plenty of books on eBay that the artist illustrated, all going for around $150. There are even some advertisements.

Warhol created these illustrations in the 1950s for Doubleday's Best In Children's Books series—he was a freelance artist for the publishing house at the time, but eventually left when he moved more into the art world.
