One day the iconic Woolworth Building will become home to some 34 condominiums, and this week plans have been approved by the NY Attorney General's office. The Real Deal got a peek at them, including the floorplan for the 9,400-square-foot, $110 million penthouse, called The Pinnacle.
The penthouse plan spans floors 50, 51, and 52, and four floors in the cupola above, going all the way to the tippy top (don't worry about the future residents, there will be a private elevator). The cupola will house a library and a bunch of other stuff you don't even want to know about. But, you know, all that space only leads to loneliness.
