Police Commissioner Ray Kelly spoke about yesterday's Brooklyn shooting that spilled out from a East New York house party. Police said that the fight was instigated when two men bumped into each other during a "Freaky Friday" party at 325 Wyona Street. The 10-year-old boy who was hit in the neck by stray bullets but miraculously survived is recuperating in the hospital, while police are saying that an escalating gang war is to blame for the shooting. Police believe that three local gangs, the Rock Stars, Sutter Garden Crips and the gleefully-named Very Crispy Gangsters, have been fighting in East New York for the past year. more ›
