Yeah, we've seen some pretty good dancing on the subways before. But The Daily What pointed us in the direction of some dance-moves-to-rule-them-all in the adorable video below: “This little boy was rocking the F out for the entire ride from Chambers St. to Myrtle-Broadway, dancing for nearly a half an hour, without a care in the world. Every time he put his hand on his chest like Usher I cracked up.” The kid sings, sways, fans and finger points as unselfconsciously as is humanely possible—and his mother ties his shoe laces. Can a subway ride get any better?

Usher's Embarrassed Fan and Accidental Assaulter Speaks Out
On December 13th during his concert at MSG, a fan accidentally kicked Usher right in the noggin after being brought on stage for a strange, sexy, role play with the performer during his song "Trading Places." While things were getting steamy on a chaise lounge, the fan swung her leg over Usher's head and... the rest is YouTube history. Now that fan, Donnetia Rabb, has issued a formal apology. She says:
Video: Fan Kicks Usher In Face At MSG
Remember when you were swag-walking home from the Usher concert at MSG on Monday night, hoping someone caught the performer getting kicked in the face on video? Well someone did, and now we can all be a part of the awkward moment thanks to YouTube. The kick was accidentally delivered by a fan during some super weird role-play bit, where Usher brings a lady on stage and sings to her whilst she lays in his arms on a chaise lounge. It's all very romance novel meets ottoman humping. Anyway, she kicked him, but as EW points out, he took it in stride, telling the audience: “We play rough in the bed. We kick each other in the face and all kind of good stuff.” See for yourself around the 9:15 mark, it's almost as good as the classic short, Man Getting Hit By Football.
NFL Season Gets Ushered in by Usher & Co.
If you woke up this morning wondering, "How can I celebrate the kick-off to the 89th NFL season?" then you're in luck, because the NFL has created a fan's guide on just how to do so, and they're providing the entertainment.
Yeah! Usher, Keith Urban to Kick Off Football Season with Free Concert
Mayor Bloomberg and NFL Commissioner Roger Gooddell announced today that NYC will host the "NFL Opening Kickoff 2008," to celebrate the Giants' Super Bowl win and commence the 89th season of the NFL. There will be a free concert at Columbus Circle on September 4--with Usher and Keith Urban. Previously, NYC hosted a kickoff event in 2002 in Times Square, with Bon Jovi, Enrique Iglesis, Alicia Keys, Eve and the cast of Rent. More details will be released later (like the exact time), but at this point, the city says, "Fans will be able to enter the concert on 58th Street and 7th Avenue and will line up along Central Park South." And early reports are in that Bruce Springsteen will rock the next Super Bowl.
