When Mark Sanchez is the worst quarterback on the field—not Tim Tebow, the worst statistical quarterback in the league—something is seriously messed up. And now this six-year-old understands the pain of fandom. His mother describes the video: "My 6 year old son, after being told this morning that the Jets lost to the Broncos 17-13. He was devastated (and none too happy when he realized I was filming him). Poor kid. Jets upset my son." Maybe the Bills will lose every game. Yesterday, the dreams of the Kansas Jayhawks as well as anyone who picked the team to go all the way in their brackets (we're looking at you President Obama) burst as the top-seeded team was upset by Northern Iowa. The No. 9 seed eked out the 69-67 win with Ali Farokhmanesh's three-pointer; Mike Lupica called the upset "one of the biggest and best we've had in a long time." Yesterday also marked No. 2 Villanova's exit from the South Region, thanks to No. 10 St. Mary's. With suggestions that the Big East is overrated, Syracuse coach Jim Boheim said, "Everybody has difficulty in this tournament. It's hard to measure a team or a league by what happens in the NCAA." Jets Pull Upset Over Pats

Rex Ryan has now coached the Jets for two games and his defense has yet to give up a touchdown. Tom Brady could not find his way into the end zone this afternoon and the Jets stunned New England with a 16-9 upset at the Meadowlands, backing up their big talk all week. more ›
