We haven't seen much of former Saturday Night Live star Horatio Sanz since Lorne Michaels & Co. gave him the axe in 2006. After laying his impressions of Rubeus Hagrid and Saddam Hussein to rest, Sanz dropped about 100 lbs and made some sporadic SNL cameos, returning to reprise his rendition of "I Wish It Was Christmas Today" with Jimmy Fallon, Tracy Morgan and Chris Kattan when Fallon hosted last December. But it looks like Sanz is returning to his sketch comedy roots; he recently teamed up with Upright Citizens Brigade director Todd Bieber in creating a new web series on UCBComedy's YouTube channel.

This is Todd Bieber. You may remember him as the man who traveled to Europe to reunite blizzard photos with their rightful owner earlier this year. The Brooklyn-based filmmaker's latest project is a little bit closer to home, though—calling himself the "Vigilante Gardener," Bieber has spent the past six months planting vegetables in abandoned lot a block from his house. It's urban agriculture in a whole new, not-quite-legal way.

After the Great December 2010 blizzard, filmmaker Todd Bieber found a canister of undeveloped film in Prospect Park. He created a video to find the owner—who Bieber believed was foreign based on the "Europe look" a photographs' subjects had. A few weeks later, Bieber still hadn't found the owner but got various suggestions. Now, Bieber tells us not only has he found the owner but he made a trip to, yes, Europe, to deliver the film to her (and visit some of the people who emailed him with ideas and invitations to visit him)—and there's video, too!
Video: Clues, But No Answers In Mystery of Found Film
Last month, filmmaker Todd Bieber charmed, well, everyone by posting a video detailing a mysterious canister of film he found in Prospect Park after the December 27 blizzard and his quest to find the film's rightful owner. He developed the film, finding some lovely photographs of snowy Brooklyn and some subjects who had a "Europe look to them," and asked that people email him at Brooklynfoundfilm@gmail.com if they lost the film. Well, Todd has a new video reporting back about what's happened since his video has caught national attention:
