Governor Paterson may have The Boss on his back after signing a bill which requires entertainment venues to offer paper tickets as well as a paperless ticketing option. Musicians like Bruce Springsteen say paperless ticketing cuts down on scalpers, since ticket buyers must present their credit card and ID to retrieve them. But Paterson says it keeps people from being able to present tickets as gifts.
