THEATER: Perhaps even more challenging than producing a play in 24 hours, as in the well-known series mentioned yesterday, is writing a good play that lasts only 8 minutes. Maybe that's why Turtle Shell Productions calls their challenges to playwrights from around the country to do just that "8 Minute Madness."
