Okay, so we've heard about how Rudy Giuliani's mayoral administration billed his police security detail expenses - accrued during trips to the Hamptons, possibly visiting then-mistress Judi Nathan - to various obscure city agencies. And then there are reports that Nathan, now married to the former mayor, used her NYPD security detail to chauffeur friends and family. Serial Subway Pervert Arrested
Back in June, a man flashed two women on an N train - and the two women were able to track him down because his URL was on his jacket. The June incident had followed a May flashing where Kenneth Hoyt's sarong was "flapped open" on an R train. (He also left the train without any pants on.) The Post reports that Hoyt, a porn actor, whipped out "his prime professional asset" on a 6 train yesterday. Hoyt was arrested and charged with public lewdness, but by now, he's flashed multiple times. Isn't there a more serious charge the police can throw at him?

Well, that was nerve racking for all of five minutes, eh? Yesterday the Times had itself a little scare when a mailroom worker opened an envelope only to have white powder fall out at them. Also in the envelope was a copy of an editorial called "Patriotism and the Press" with a red X marked over it. The June 28 editorial defended the Times against government critics who want to charge the paper with treason.
