The couple who will be moving into Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff's former Upper East Side duplex discussed their purchase with the Post. Al and Patsy Kahn (Al made his fortune in the toy business, with Cabbage Patch Kids and Pokemon) apparently look at numerous penthouses before Patsy Kahn fell in love with the huge 4,000 square foot terrace, "There just weren't a lot of penthouses on the market with a lot of outdoor space...
