Kyung-Sook Woo, who worked 12-hour days at her Windsor Terrace store, was found in the store by a neighbor Friday morning and the police released a sketch of a suspect, a man who was seen in the area Thursday afternoon.

A Red Hook man is hospitalized with serious stab wounds after his wife was found strangled to death in their Brooklyn home. It's a domestic abuse case that reportedly tilts in the opposite direction of most. Patrick Sculley (aged 60) and his wife (aged 50) had what neighbors described as a combative marriage, with frequent public fights. Neighbors told WNBC News that they saw Pamela hit her husband repeatedly with a baseball bat and kick him recently.

The police are investigating the murder of a 69-year-old woman in her apartment at 2400 Second Avenue. Helen Abbot's body was found by her daughter on Sunday afternoon, after she hadn't been heard from in two days. A medical examiner determined that she was strangled, stabbed and beaten to death.
