Secretary of State Condolezza Rice will be coming to New York next week to help NYC's 2012 Olympics bid. She'll be appearing at a rally at City Hall with Mayor Bloomberg, Governor Pataki, and colorfully dressed NYC 2012 volunteers and employees.
