The Giants will face their division rivals the Philadelphia "Dream Team" Eagles this weekend, in what is sure to be a major test of Coach Tom Coughlin's hobbled squad. But there's still a big question mark over whether QB Michael Vick will be able to start after going down with a concussion last weekend. Even if Vick does play, he will have to face the Giants' newly-minted resident face smasher, Michael Boley. And if Boley was willing to smash one of the Giants' own interns angelic, trusting faces, we can only imagine what he has in store for Vick.

Spike The Bulldog Is Still Recovering
Aw, the ASPCA gave the Daily News a new picture of Spike, the 11-month-old English bulldog that was beaten by his owner, and he looks a bit better! The News says almost 100 readers are interested in adopting the pup, whose injuries include a hip fracture, a broken leg, three broken teeth, injuries to his ears and virtual blindness in his right eye.

Awful: A Queens woman was caught on video beating an 11-month-old English bull dog with a snow shovel. The Daily News reports that Maria Aguilar, who allegedly crippled the dog with her months of abuse, was arrested and charged with animal cruelty and criminal possession of a weapon.
