With rumors of a possible presidential run at full boil (speaking at the Reagan Library helps with that), NJ Governor Chris Christie is reveling in the spotlight. But it's also brought a spotlight to Christie's weight: Yesterday, ABC News pondered whether Christie was too fat to become president and now various opinion columnists are wondering about his husky, husky frame. The Washington Post's Pulitzer-swinning columnist Eugene Robinson writes, "You could argue that this is none of my business, but I disagree. Christie’s problem with weight ceased being a private matter when he stepped into the public arena — and it’s not something you can fail to notice. Obesity is a national epidemic whose costs are measured not just in dollars and cents but also in lives. Christie’s weight is as legitimate an issue as the smoking habit that President Obama says he has finally kicked."

Study: Index Fingers Will Point The Way To A Large Penis
Since the beginning of time our hands have been linked to scientific studies, like when our brother told us if our palm was larger than our face it meant we were going to die (but then really he just hit us in the face with our own hand.) Anyway, you know what they say about the size of a man's foot? Well, throw that knowledge away. It means nothing now that a new study has come out showing that the size of a man's penis can be determined by the ratio of the length of his index finger to that of his ring finger. The lower that ratio, the longer the penis! Math!
Size 4 Model Deemed Too Big For Runway?
After the NY Times published a "Fashion Diary" entry on model Coco Rocha, who dared to be a size 4 in a size 0 world, the Daily News posed the above question on their front page today: "Is she too fat to be a runway model?"
To back up, in the Gray Lady's piece, the model asks" “Everybody knows that a fashion model needs to be skinny, but how skinny is too skinny?” She says she's no longer in demand for shows, and that she's even "been told to lose weight when I was really skinny." The model maintains a healthy attitude, however, saying that 21-year-olds should be able to have a hamburger when they want one, and 14-year-olds shouldn't starve themselves and curb their appetites through Adderall addictions and smoking habits. Indeed.
Manhattan's Skinny Minnies Explain Their Motivation
After news that Manhattan is—relative to the rest of the NYC—the thinnest borough, with just 42% of its residents overweight, a NY Times reporter stalked the svelte, why. One Upper East Sider said, "My mom always says, 'The smaller the dress size, the larger the apartment,'" while a painter, "attributed his slim frame (5-foot-11, 160 pounds) to a combination of healthy and unhealthy habits: daily two-mile walks, weekly soccer, and breakfasts of coffee and cigarettes." Simon Doonan, creative director of Barneys, seen leaving the gym, said, "Our closets are filled all these expensive clothes that are like swords of Damocles, because we may not fit into them anymore." He also added he wasn't "fatist" but, referring perhaps to some in middle America, "I’m appalled by people my age who can’t get through the airport without a wheelchair.
