One-upping all those NYU freshmen moving to the city just to drink Cosmos and find a gay best friend, Christina Saunders of Hertfordshire, England decided to model her sexual adventures off of notoriously promiscuous Samantha Jones of Sex and the City. After a marathon SATC viewing while she had a flu at age 20, she set her self a goal: 1,000 men in 10 years. She told News of the World, "I wanted to be confident like [Samantha]. I got hooked on the buzz of one-night-stands." Remember ladies, the cure for low self-esteem is lots of empty, meaningless sex.

Sex And The City Already Owning Box Office
Sex and the City fans are already getting Carried Away, buying tickets far in advance for the May 27th opening of the movie. The Hollywood Reporter notes "it was nearly 20% of [Fandango's] daily sales when it first went on sale, outpacing Kick-Ass, which was 17% of sales."
Sex Fans Plan as Reviewers Pan
With the Sex and the City movie just 10 days away from release, the film is finally getting some press. While early reviews are panning Parker & Co's big screen effort, there's still, apparently, a lot of interest and a lot to talk about.
Sex Gets Pre-Release Ink
Consider it official, it's Sex and the City month; be prepared to read about the movie up until, and past, its May 30th big screen debut. The ink's been bought by the barrell to promote this release, and even columnist Carrie Bradshaw herself never penned this many words about s-e-x during her career.
