Former mayor Rudy Giuliani will speak at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, according to the NY Post. He has night two slot (Sept. 2) and will likely talk 9/11--presumptive nominee John McCain previously told the Post, "I've been with [Giuliani] a lot. I appreciate more than I could tell you his friendship and support. And that was steadfast throughout the primary. He's great American. He united America. I'll never forget that as long as I live."
