Cops Nab One Manhole Pilferer, Two Tree Guard Snatchers

Our city's manholes are safe again—for now. Yesterday police arrested an alleged crack-addict named Andrew Modica and charged him with stealing multiple manhole covers across town. Upstairs, there is an outdoor patio in the back, a spacious formal dining room, and tables on the front patio, which facilitates fun people-watching down on Restaurant Row. more ›
