A judge "modified" an order of protection that had banned 48-year-old Theodore Pressman from seeing his mother. Earlier this week, Pressman was charged with reckless endangerment after leaving his elderly parents in a hot car for hours while he went to work his shift as a bus driver in Peekskill. Both parents suffer from dementia, and while his mother was able to get out of the car, his father died, apparently from the sweltering heat.......

Apparently not in Bay Shore, Long Island resident Eric Stetz's lease: Being able to set homemade booby traps to make sure unwanted people stay out. Stetz was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment for a vicious-looking booby trap his super found.
