This has been a good week for gun-toting tourists! Yesterday that Tennessee woman who brought her fully-loaded .22 to the 9/11 Memorial got off easy with a "no-jail, misdemeanor deal" and today the former Marine who brought his loaded weapon to the Empire State Building managed to do the same. This, despite New York's tough anti-gun laws which are supposed to carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 1/2 years in prison. Who needs rules? more ›
