Haven't had your fill of movie magic with all of the Dark Knight Rises photos leaking all over your Internet? The latest photo from filming shows that even in Gotham City, if you see something, you should say something. This was snagged by an extra on the set. Check out the full thing below, put out by the Gotham Transit Authority (though, we called the number and it seems to be the number of an actual real life security company). Billy's Antiques Owner's Court Appearance Adjourned
Billy Leroy, who was arrested in March for selling potentially illegal subway signs at Billy's Antiques and Props on East Houston Street, was due in court today. However, it seems they weren't interested in the case! Billy told us, "I was in court today for the subway sign fiasco and it has been adjourned till Sept 22. with no appearance necessary. It seems the DA has no time for me and this case will be dismissed and my signs returned. What a giant waste of time and money..."
Escaped Prisoner Was Caught Suited Up For Some Serious Chicanery
When career criminal and escape artist Ronald Tackman was able to walk out of a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday simply because he was wearing a nice suit, there must have been some part of him that wondered, "That's it?" For when Tackman was eventually picked up Washington Heights, police discovered on him an arsenal that rivaled a Carrot Top starter kit: a fake passport, wigs, phony beards, and four gun-shaped cigarette lighters. Does he do accents as well?
