The title is the biggest thing about this celebration of all things diminutive, in which innovate theater-makers work with miniature materials that will be further dwarfed by the cavernous environs of St. Ann’s Warehouse (conveniently located near the Telectroscope and the Brooklyn Bridge, which is celebrating 125 years all weekend).
