Just last week glass fell from the Bank of America building at 6th Avenue and 42nd Street, and about a block away at 2:15 p.m. today the same thing has occurred. The 26-year-old Yale graduate who walked around Times Square naked on Thursday spoke to the NY Post, which made him its cover boy, about his experience. The long vacant One Times Square may find a tenant in Pepsi. The Post reports that Pepsi is negotiating to take over the space, which once housed a Warner Bros. Store (remember when those were all the rage - the one on Fifth Avenue and 57th, with clear elevator and Batman or Superman "carrying" the elevator up), with a strategy to make it a Pepsi brand museum.
