Our good friend behind America's Pizza Weblog, Slice, had been hinting about a new project for a while, but he wouldn't give up the goods, even when we tried to bribe him with some high-grade fresh mozzarella. But today we know why the project was so hush-hush: It's a hamburger blog. A Hamburger Today will be "dedicated to hamburgers. And cheeseburgers. And anything burger-related."
