The 25th Precinct "has been receiving leads them to believe their will be heightened gang activity by the Bloods Gang today in East Harlem, between the hours of 3-5pm." And over in Brooklyn, GerritsenBeach is calling tomorrow "D-Day", remembering the mischief on Halloween 2007: "A large crowd of teens pelted vehicles with eggs.
