Malcolm Gets has been playing the New York theater circuit for years, but is more widely known for his role as Richard in the television comedy Caroline in the City. His most recent Broadway show, Story of My Life, is a reflection on the life of two men (the only two people in the show), their childhood friendship, and how they grew up and grew apart. Right before Story of My Life opened, we spoke to Mr. Gets about childhood, his new solo CD coming out in May, and the current state of Broadway theater.
