W Magazine has a feature on the famous spawn of celebrity, currently rocking out in the dim spotlights of downtown clubs. Amongst them are CBS CEO Les Moonves's son (Chief), Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbin's son (The Tangents), Michael Keaton's son (The Hatch), Jann Wenner's son (The Ellis Unit), Ellen Barkin and Gabriel Byrne's son (also in the Ellis Unit), and...you get the picture. Calling all Idiotarod enthusiasts and people who work in Midtown who might want a lunchtime spectacle. The Carts of Brooklyn Racing Association, aka COBRA, will be holding a press conference at 1PM today outside CBS's headquarters. The group, which is organizing this year's Idiotarod, will be protesting tonight's episode of CSI:NY and its "depiction of shopping cart racing," as the CSI spin-off has been using the Idiotarod name in marketing materials (in the show,......

Farina's bio is already up on NBC's L&O site, and it seems that Detective Fontana will be "hard-nosed" to Jesse L. Martin's "passionate and compulsive" Detective Ed Green. Farina/Fontana looks more put together than Jerry Orbach's lovable Detective Lennie Briscroe, but it does look like he wears his pants as high. We're......

Who cares that CBS topper Les Moonves "strongly hints" New York might be the next CSI city? CSI:Miami sucks, CSI itself is okay. As far as Gothamist is concerned, New York doesn't need the overproduced Jerry Bruckheimer glitz for a good cop show (although more film & TV work for the city is a good thing) - we have Dick Wolf. And now there's a possibility of NBC rolling out a Law and Order......
