Today's a perfect day for the final Summer Streets Saturday (between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.)—and for flying a kite! FlyNY's kite design competition attracted those wishing to see some wild kite designs as well as those weary of our recent weather (hey, today may be muggy, but at least it's not rainy).
