It's been almost nine months since we last heard from Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, the man who has been accused of stalking Ivanka Trump in a number of colorful ways. After being captured by bounty hunters while on the lam and brought back to NYC, Massler was found unfit to stand trial, and spent much of the last year in a locked psychiatric ward. Now, he's pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor aggravated harassment charge (and a felony criminal contempt count for violating an order of protection to stay away from the Trumps), and has been set free by the court.

Today, a judge ruled that Massler is indeed unfit to stand trial, thanks to both the psychiatric evaluation as well as this statement he made in court: "The psychiatric system was corrupt. I feel that I was under some supernatural influence and that aliens could have been involved. Is there a doctor who will agree with me?"
Accused Ivanka Trump Stalker Denied Bail On New Charges
The man who is accused of stalking Ivanka Trump was in court yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty to continuing to stalk her while out on bail for those very charges. Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, faces four counts of criminal contempt in addition to the stalking and harassment charges, and a judge ordered he take a psychiatric fitness exam. "I should stop bothering her, but I like her," Massler, who gave his address as "a volcano on Hawaii," told authorities yesterday.

The Ivanka Trump enthusiast who was accused of stalking The Donald's daughter, and was recently declared a fugitive, was apprehended in L.A. yesterday. Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, was arrested for missing several court dates in NY for the stalking charges; Hollywood police were allegedly aided by bounty hunters employed by Massler's celebrity Manhattan bail bondsman, Ira Judelson, in tracking him down.

Yesterday, it was reported that Ivanka Trump enthusiast Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, had gone from being an alleged stalker to becoming a real fugitive, after he didn't show up for at least two court dates in Manhattan in the past few months. We spoke to Massler, who is currently in Nevada, and asked him why he didn't make it to his court date: "I basically am just real low on cash and I lost my I.D. recently so I couldn't get a plane ticket. I was really hoping they would just be like, 'Well, you know, it's a minor case, so let's just drop it,' but no, they want to go and issue a warrant, and now I'm a f---ing fugitive."

Justin Massler, the Reno man who was arrested and accused of stalking socialite Ivanka Trump earlier this year, is now a fugitive. Massler, who is said to have "a history of mental illness," missed his court date this week, his second in the past two months, prompting a Judge to sign an arrest warrant on him. Massler's lawyer said that his client is in Nevada, and doesn't have enough money to fly out for the court appearances. But Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, told us that the whole "stalker" thing was actually performance art, like "Andy Kaufman or Steven Colbert or some shit."

Justin Massler, the Ivana Trump enthusiast/cartoonist, was in court last week for a hearing about his alleged stalking of the socialite. While he joked that he really meant to stalk Trump's mother Ivana and that his next target would be Barbara Bush, Massler opened up to Courthouse Confessions' Steve Hirsch, explaining, "I didn't picture being here, celebrity stalking, at 28, you know?...Basically I was sending some twitters and emails dude. I just got charged for stalking. Some internet bullshit. I just wrote her, I said, 'I want to marry you. Celebrity Apprentice sucks'... Because I said her show sucks, that's probably why I got arrested. I feel like she's too uptight at this point. I can't be with a woman that anal."
Ivanka's Alleged Stalker Still Plans To "Win Her Over"
The 27-year-old accused of stalking Ivanka Trump is out on $10,000 bail—and telling the Daily News about his plans for winning over the socialite-real estate executive. Justin Massler wrote in an e-mail, "I've got a stalking charge, so that means I can't contact her. I won't, like, try to ever visit her directly. Instead, I'll become like a big-time millionaire, real estate mogul so that she's the one who contacts me. It will be more indirect, like, let the girls come to me." Or maybe he'll take up writing on his Ivanka Trump fan blog again.
Ivanka's Stalker "Took Sick To Another Level"
At a court hearing yesterday, prosecutors revealed that the man accused of stalking socialite Ivanka Trump allegedly threatened her and her husband. The Post reports, "From August 2009, [Justin] Massler, who legally changed his name to Cloud Starchaser, set up fan Web sites, penned gushy love letters and scolding screeds, drew loony cartoons of Ivanka rescuing him -- and once sent photos of himself drenched in red liquid that looked like blood." One source told the paper, "Without a doubt, he is very sick. He took sick to another level. This is one of the worst cases of stalking I've ever seen."
Man Obsessed With Ivanka Trump Arrested In Reno
A man whose Ivanka Trump fan blog proclaims, "I am a celebrity stalker who is obsessed with Ivanka Trump," was arrested in Reno, Nevada on a NYC warrant earlier this week. However, the 27-year-old's mother said, "He is sick and has a history of mental illness. He never harmed anyone and hasn't done anything other than write articles on the internet."
