It's been almost nine months since we last heard from Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, the man who has been accused of stalking Ivanka Trump in a number of colorful ways. After being captured by bounty hunters while on the lam and brought back to NYC, Massler was found unfit to stand trial, and spent much of the last year in a locked psychiatric ward. Now, he's pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor aggravated harassment charge (and a felony criminal contempt count for violating an order of protection to stay away from the Trumps), and has been set free by the court.

The Post today reports that Observer-owner and Ivanka Trump husband Jared Kushner is planning on turning the top two floors of the Puck building into posh penthouses. Because who doesn't want to pay a $15 million or more for "expansive" views of never ending construction and that Calvin Klein sexedvertisment?

The union of two real estate dynasties grew yesterday, with the birth of a baby girl to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Trump Tweeted yesterday, "This morning @jaredkushner and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy little baby girl into the world. We feel incredibly grateful and blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!" The child's name is Arabella Rose, if The Donald's bragging can be trusted.
Accused Ivanka Trump Stalker Headed Back To Psych Ward
The last we heard from "fake stalker" Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, the man who is accused of stalking Ivanka Trump in a number of colorful ways, he had been captured by bounty hunters while on the lam, brought back to NYC and ordered to take a psychiatric evaluation. Today, a judge ruled that Massler is indeed unfit to stand trial, thanks to both the psychiatric evaluation as well as this statement he made in court: "The psychiatric system was corrupt. I feel that I was under some supernatural influence and that aliens could have been involved. Is there a doctor who will agree with me?"
Kushner Having Devil Of A Time Paying For 666 Fifth Avenue
You might think Jared Kushner has it all—Ivanka Trump as his wife, a baby on the way, a newspaper, real estate. But he has his problems, too, based on this Wall Street Journal article today. See, back in 2006, he paid $1.8 billion for a MIdtown skyscraper, and now, the WSJ reports, "With cash running low, the 30-year-old developer is scrambling to hold on to 666 Fifth Ave. ahead of a looming default deadline."
Accused Ivanka Trump Stalker Denied Bail On New Charges
The man who is accused of stalking Ivanka Trump was in court yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty to continuing to stalk her while out on bail for those very charges. Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, faces four counts of criminal contempt in addition to the stalking and harassment charges, and a judge ordered he take a psychiatric fitness exam. "I should stop bothering her, but I like her," Massler, who gave his address as "a volcano on Hawaii," told authorities yesterday.

The Ivanka Trump enthusiast who was accused of stalking The Donald's daughter, and was recently declared a fugitive, was apprehended in L.A. yesterday. Accused Trump Stalker: "It's All Like Calvin and Hobbes"
Yesterday, it was reported that Ivanka Trump enthusiast Justin Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, had gone from being an alleged stalker to becoming a real fugitive, after he didn't show up for at least two court dates in Manhattan in the past few months. We spoke to Massler, who is currently in Nevada, and asked him why he didn't make it to his court date: "I basically am just real low on cash and I lost my I.D. recently so I couldn't get a plane ticket. I was really hoping they would just be like, 'Well, you know, it's a minor case, so let's just drop it,' but no, they want to go and issue a warrant, and now I'm a f---ing fugitive."
Ivanka Trump "Fake Stalker" Now A Real Fugitive
Justin Massler, the Reno man who was arrested and accused of stalking socialite Ivanka Trump earlier this year, is now a fugitive. Massler, who is said to have "a history of mental illness," missed his court date this week, his second in the past two months, prompting a Judge to sign an arrest warrant on him. Massler's lawyer said that his client is in Nevada, and doesn't have enough money to fly out for the court appearances. But Massler, aka Cloud Starchaser, told us that the whole "stalker" thing was actually performance art, like "Andy Kaufman or Steven Colbert or some shit."
You're Sired: Ivanka Trump Announces Pregnancy
Ivanka Trump, socialite and daughter of The Donald, Tweeted this morning, "I have been wanting to share some amazing news with you all for some time... I'm pregnant! Jared and I couldn't be more excited." Jared is her husband, New York Observer and real estate scion Jared Kushner, who recently put his Astor Place pad on the market. The expectant couple is reportedly buying a big apartment at the Trump Park Avenue.
Ivanka's Stalker Didn't Plan To Be A Stalker
Justin Massler, the Ivana Trump enthusiast/cartoonist, was in court last week for a hearing about his alleged stalking of the socialite. While he joked that he really meant to stalk Trump's mother Ivana and that his next target would be Barbara Bush, Massler opened up to Courthouse Confessions' Steve Hirsch, explaining, "I didn't picture being here, celebrity stalking, at 28, you know?...Basically I was sending some twitters and emails dude. I just got charged for stalking. Some internet bullshit. I just wrote her, I said, 'I want to marry you. Celebrity Apprentice sucks'... Because I said her show sucks, that's probably why I got arrested. I feel like she's too uptight at this point. I can't be with a woman that anal."
Ivanka's Alleged Stalker Still Plans To "Win Her Over"
The 27-year-old accused of stalking Ivanka Trump is out on $10,000 bail—and telling the Daily News about his plans for winning over the socialite-real estate executive. Justin Massler wrote in an e-mail, "I've got a stalking charge, so that means I can't contact her. I won't, like, try to ever visit her directly. Instead, I'll become like a big-time millionaire, real estate mogul so that she's the one who contacts me. It will be more indirect, like, let the girls come to me." Or maybe he'll take up writing on his Ivanka Trump fan blog again.
Ivanka's Stalker "Took Sick To Another Level"
At a court hearing yesterday, prosecutors revealed that the man accused of stalking socialite Ivanka Trump allegedly threatened her and her husband. The Post reports, "From August 2009, [Justin] Massler, who legally changed his name to Cloud Starchaser, set up fan Web sites, penned gushy love letters and scolding screeds, drew loony cartoons of Ivanka rescuing him -- and once sent photos of himself drenched in red liquid that looked like blood." One source told the paper, "Without a doubt, he is very sick. He took sick to another level. This is one of the worst cases of stalking I've ever seen."
Man Obsessed With Ivanka Trump Arrested In Reno
A man whose Ivanka Trump fan blog proclaims, "I am a celebrity stalker who is obsessed with Ivanka Trump," was arrested in Reno, Nevada on a NYC warrant earlier this week. However, the 27-year-old's mother said, "He is sick and has a history of mental illness. He never harmed anyone and hasn't done anything other than write articles on the internet."
Ivanka: Cindy Adams Is Wrong About My Wedding
Newlywed Ivanka Trump emailed Daily Intel to dispute details that the Post's Cindy Adams spilled—like the flyer for Trump golf properties allegedly in the wedding invite—about her nuptials to Jared Kushner, "Cindy Adams neither attended nor was invited to my wedding, and her story was filled with various inaccuracies, including those about the weather and the 'marketing flyer' included in the invitation, which were both easily fact-checkable. My wedding was a private, perfect occasion, the memories from which I will treasure for a lifetime." Adams admits she wasn't there but adds, "Half of the guests called me afterward" and insists "A lot of people got" the marketing flyer. We bet Adams had moles at the NYC reception, which is at the Puck Building tonight.
Trump, Kushner To Follow NJ Wedding With NYC Reception
The Post breaks some details about Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's wedding, held in NJ yesterday—plus has a photo of the newlyweds. Guests included: "Andrew Cuomo, Barbara Walters, Anna Wintour, Rudy Giuliani, Joel Klein and Sheldon Silver, as well as Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell and ex-New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey...Food Network chef Sandra Lee, actress Emmy Rossum and her Counting Crows, beau Adam Duritz, and country singer Jamey Johnson." There were 500 guests there, but "Wednesday, the couple will hold a second reception for twice as many guests at the Puck Building."
Trump-Kushner Merger In NJ
Today, scions of real estate developers Ivanka Trump and Observer publisher Jared Kushner are getting married in Bedminster, NJ. The NY Times includes the couple's nuptials in the Weddings & Celebrations section, but instead of the traditional "bride's name-then-groom's name" headline, it's "Ivanka Trump Weds Jared Kushner," playing it more like a news item. Because there's this mention of Kushner's dad: "The bridegroom’s father, who is a founder of his family’s real estate business, stepped down as the company’s chairman in 2004, owing to his legal problems, and has since resumed his title."

Reality Show Challenge Prize Disparity
On tonight's Apprentice, the remaining wannabe figurehead Trump employees in the reality show making will have to do something really badly, but less badly than the other team, in order to win a prize of some quality time with Senator Schumer. Now, Senator Schumer probably has some great life and business ("Don't try hire lobbyists") lessons for the group, but it's a pretty boring prize, given that previous winners during this season have been able to cook with Jean Georges and even get $30,000 in diamonds. This reminds of when a meeting with Mayor Bloomberg at Gracie Mansion was a second season prize - boring, but at least he's a self-made billionaire - so we can't imagine some Apprentice candidates working that hard during tonight's challenge.
