Gentleman Officer Allegedly Forced Woman To Grope Him To Nix Ticket

A Long Island police officer was arrested today on charges that he forced a woman to grope him during a traffic stop in exchange for getting rid of her traffic ticket. Garrett Mannerz pleaded not guilty to bribe receiving, official misconduct and sexual abuse. "This is a shocking case of a policeman abusing his power. This defendant was supposed to serve and protect the people, but chose instead to disgrace himself and the honest, hard-working members of the Nassau County Police Department," said Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice. more ›

Another Day, Another TSA Groping Nightmare

Since the Transportation Security Administration rolled out their new full-body scanners in November, they've received over 1,000 complaints about TSA agents getting a little too friendly during "enhanced" pat downs, which travelers can opt for if they don't want to go through the scanners. And now they're apparently doing them just for kicks? Nancy Campbell, 33, tells the Post she was groped during a pat-down at LaGuardia Airport last week after she had cleared security. more ›

Man Arrested For Sexual Assault Then "Tried To Get Freaky" With Brooklyn Cops

Well, if you're going to get arrested for sexual assault, why stop when you're at the police precinct? The Post reports that Brooklyn lawyer Barry Bondorowsky was at the 84th Precinct for allegedly assaulting a vacuum cleaner sales woman but he "tried to get freaky at the precinct -- groping the arresting officer and trying to kiss her male sergeant." Police sources say he "repeatedly tried to grab the [arresting] officer's buttocks" and smack his lips on her boss. more ›

Are Train Patdowns Coming In Our Future?

Are Train Patdowns Coming In Our Future?

With all the frenzy of the Transportation Security Administration's more, uh, thorough patdowns for air travelers, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano discussed the next frontier with Charlie Rose. In an interview earlier this week, she said, "I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going onto mass transit or to trains or maritime." Well, the TSA is doing subway bag checks—won't it be great to get the full-body exam from them during rush hour? more ›

The House voted 402-1 to urge its ethics committee to continue investigating allegations of sexual harassment involving former Democratic Rep. Eric Massa. Massa: Nothing Sexual, Just Tickle Fights

Recently-resigned Rep. Eric Massa insists he "did nothing sexual" with his staff, but he admits he tickled them, sent them "inappropriate" text messages, and told one aide he should be "fracking" him. Just hours after news broke that Massa was under investigation for groping male aides, the former New York Congressman told Glenn Beck: "Now they are saying I groped a male staffer. Yeah, I did. Not only did I grope him. I tickled him until he couldn't breathe, and then four guys jumped on top of me. It was my 50th birthday. It was kill the old guy. You can take anything out of context." more ›

Cop Allegedly Barged Into Home, Flashed Gun, Molested Teen

A Brooklyn woman who claims a police officer forced his way into her home and molested her testified yesterday that the cop said: "It's okay. You're 17 now. You're legal." Ronessa Hollingsworth says she was late to school when Officer Andrew Johnson ordered her to get into his squad car on Jan. 18, 2006. The cop then questioned her and demanded her cellphone number before driving her home. A few hours later, Johnson reportedly called Hollingsworth, showed up at her residence, and pushed his way in when the teen opened the door. more ›

Groping Drunkards Force Change in Radegast Uniforms

Since opening last November, the 2,000 square foot Radegast Hall in Williamsburg has been packed with patrons enjoying the massive mugs of beer, the hearty food, and the debate about the old world dirndl peasant dresses worn by the waitresses. (Humiliating or part of the ambiance?) One group strongly opposed to the vintage Czech ensembles are the employees themselves, who say the tight bodices and short skirts are provoking come-ons from grabby drunken tools. Not cool, bros! more ›
