A 21-year-old man was shot on a D train—or on the platform—earlier this morning. According to WABC 7, the train was nearing the 53rd Street and Seventh Avenue stop around 4 a.m. when the incident occurred: "Police said the victim was minding his own business on the train when a man went after his gold chain.
