After a judge denied a preliminary injunction against the parade permit rules, the Radical Homosexual Agenda and Assemble for Rights NYC decided to challenge the recent parade-with-permit law by having a "Parade Without a Permit" rally Thursday evening. If you were too lazy to see the anti-war projections near Ground Zero last night, you can see some here. Our videographer Kelly Loudenberg accompanied the Glassbead Collective as they prepared the work. More information here. And the police managed to break up the projection by ticketing the group's van for being parked against traffic.......
