This weekend, Toronto is hosting the G20 Summit, where world leaders are discussing stabilizing the global economy, and, so far, over 480 people have been arrested in intense protests outside the conference. Toronto police chief Bill Blair said, "We have never seen that level of wanton criminality and vandalism and destruction on our streets."
