Parents of students in a Washington Heights kindergarten class are freaking out after they heard that their kids were caught touching and kissing each other in school. The mother of a girl at PS 189 was told by school officials in a meeting that a group of 5-year-olds had been engaged in the sexual behavior: “They were exposing themselves and showing their body parts to each other. From what I understand, they were kissing and touching,” the mother told the Post. “They were trying to say that my daughter was inviting these children to do this to her.”

Chris Brown's new album F.A.M.E. is out today, and the troubled singer was on Good Morning America to promote his new work. But he did not like it when host Robin Roberts wanted to ask about the 2009 incident where he beat his then-girlfriend Rihanna. TMZ reports, "After the interview, Brown freaked out, storming into his dressing room and screaming so loud, the people in hair and makeup became alarmed and called security... one source present tells us he smashed a window in his dressing room, and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway. ABC security tells TMZ ... the window was shattered with a chair."

State Senator Kevin Parker (D-Brooklyn) is known for his outbursts—for instance, he was arrested last year for allegedly assaulting a NY Post photographer staked outside Parker's house (the Post was doing a story about Parker's house being close to repossession)—but yesterday was a new chapter, when he, as Daily Politics put it, "went aggro after getting the sense that [Republican] colleague John DeFrancisco was 'berating' Power Authority nominee Mark O'Luck" during a State Senate Finance Committee meeting. In fact, Parker yelled "How dare you? You racist people in here!" and "I've never seen a white appointee be treated like this, in such rude fashion!"
Bloomberg Apologizes To Disabled Reporter
Mayor Bloomberg's peeved reaction to an errant tape recorder—which was playing while the mayor was about to make remarks about gay marriage legislation—and its owner, disabled reporter Michael Harris (who wasn't able to immediately reach the device because he's confined to a wheelchair) drew a bit of press. The NY Times called it "awkward" (adding that the mayor was "sighing and glowering" at Harris), the Daily News said the mayor "cranky" and the Post characterized Bloomberg's reaction as a "meltdown."
